I also draw on elements of mindfulness and positive psychology. My work is grounded in cultural sensitivity, allowing me to understand and respectfully engage with diverse cultural backgrounds, belief systems, and worldviews within the therapeutic process.
Drawing on my background in education and pedagogy, I approach therapy as a collaborative learning process. I focus on helping clients develop self-awareness, practical skills, and strategies to navigate life’s challenges, supporting personal growth in a structured and empowering way.
I provide therapy in Spanish and English, offering a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful and sustainable change.
