I’m a Clinical Psychologist. I work with teenagers, adults, and couples who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and compassionate to offer a supportive space to build insight, resilience, and coping skills.

I provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. As a goal-oriented psychologist, I believe in measuring progress together and making sure you always know where the therapy process is heading. I welcome your feedback and adapt our sessions by trying different techniques until we find what works best for you. With a strong background in clinical psychology, I bring both structure and flexibility to help us move toward your goals in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.

In our first sessions, my priority is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. I take the time to really understand the challenges you’re facing and the changes you hope to make. Together, we identify areas to focus on and set clear, realistic goals for therapy. I then create a personalized therapy plan tailored to your needs, which we review and adjust together as your journey unfolds. Throughout our work, we check progress regularly and make sure we move at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to support you in gaining insight into yourself, building confidence, and developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. By the end of our work together, I want you to feel empowered and capable of managing difficulties independently, with a greater sense of well-being and balance.

Min professionella bakgrund och kunnande

I’ve been in the field of clinical psychology for over 12 years, through my studies, training, and professional work (3 years of work experience). My Master’s dissertation looked at solution-focused therapy for older adults, and my PhD explored how mindfulness can help adolescents improve their well-being. During my work experience, I’ve worked extensively with adults, which has given me the insight and skills to support people of different ages and life situations with empathy, understanding, and practical guidance.

Many of the people I support are navigating periods where life feels heavy or unclear, feeling anxious, low, burned out, or unsure about their direction. I work with clients who want to understand themselves better and make changes, whether that’s building healthier habits, letting go of patterns that no longer serve them, improving focus, or learning to relate to themselves with more compassion.
My work includes supporting people with: moderate to severe stress, anxiety, and depression; burnout, emotional exhaustion, and work-related stress; trauma and difficult life experiences; ADHD and autism spectrum–related challenges, difficulty focusing, decision-making, or feeling stuck; relationship difficulties, including infidelity, heartbreak, breakups, and trust issues; couples who want to improve communication, rebuild connection, or navigate challenging phases together.

Couples sessions: €125 for a 50-minute appointment

I also have limited slots available for low cost therapy (€54) for students and individuals who are currently unemployed. Please reach out to ask more about those sessions.
