It is important to me that sessions resonate with you and challenge you in meaningful ways. I provide bounderies and a framework that is helpful for each of you to see each other more clearly, this includes giving directions or suggestions as needed.

We work together to understand how past experiences shape present patterns within and between each of you, while staying anchored in the here-and-now and the goals you would like to achieve. Sessions aim to be emotionally alive,—we invite genuine experience and emotion, at a phase comfortable to you.
