About me as a therapist

In my work, I value respect, safety, and careful attention to a person’s inner world. I aim to create a space where difficult experiences can be explored at one’s own pace, without pressure or judgment.

As a therapist, I would describe myself as attentive, exploratory, and supportive rather than directive. At the same time, I remain engaged and active in the therapeutic process. My work combines a psychodynamic approach with body-oriented and creative methods when they help clients better understand themselves, their emotions, and inner processes.

My work is based on a psychodynamic perspective, where we explore inner processes, emotional patterns, and past experiences that influence your present life. I integrate talk therapy with body-oriented and art-therapy method.

My strengths include empathy, the ability to stay present with difficult experiences, sensitivity, and deep respect for each person’s individual story.

About my therapy sessions

During sessions, we explore emotions, inner conflicts, recurring life patterns, and situations that may be causing difficulties or emotional distress. The work is based on dialogue and attention to emotional experiences, thoughts, relationships, and bodily responses.

The pace of therapy is adapted individually. For me, it is important to create a safe therapeutic space where a person can gradually reconnect with themselves, their emotions, and their needs.

We can work in a short-term therapy format focused on specific difficulties and life situations, or in longer-term therapy if you would like to gain a deeper understanding of your inner processes and achieve lasting change.

Short-term therapy: 12–24 sessions
Long-term therapy: more than 24 sessions
